Whereas the veracity of our history is often questionable, the events that fall under apocrypha are wholly false. However, they are preserved as amusing anecdotes that complement the characters and events noted in the official Histories. Some are full chronicles with a named author. Others are mere jottings found in loose leaf or in the margins of Tezuka manga
During the week of February 13th - 20th, 2002, Stephen Dranger turned into a large panda bear. He made flaming cheese bamboo shoots, sat on a few Kenshin tapes, and lead the club in a stirring rendition of "You Get to Burning!" His curse was lifted by Aza running a short Python program that attempted to generate panda-related pun mutations from the immortal "eats shoots and leaves" joke. While we lost the cheerful Panda figure of Stephen, it has thankfully prevented Aza's program, "Pandarla's Box," from executing.
I sees bugs everywhere. Bugs in people's hearts. Such yummy bugs.

It is said that all potential officers for the Society must pass a trial by fire. This Gauntlet of Terror consists of a fierce battery of anime triva, cosplay for speed tests, and a series of duels with members of that dastardly organization, the Kendo-kai. Perhaps not coincidentally, a number of former officers have been members of the Kendo-kai. Of those not indoctrinated in their dark ways, less than five percent survive the ordeal. The fallen's organs are sold on the Chinese black market for more anime.
